Ralph
Davison
President
and Principal
Ralph
co-founded TMR in 1987 and has over 30 years of stainless steel industry experience.
He provides ABC industry clients with general and project-specific technical
assistance including on-site inspections, problem resolution, restoration
or renovation of existing structures, fabrication, and metal selection assistance.
Ralph is an internationally recognized stainless steel corrosion expert and
provides expert witness services throughout the world. He oversees all expert
witness services provided by TMR Consulting. He has been involved in the successful
market development of numerous stainless steel architectural products.
Ralph is an expert of the specification of stainless steel and has been chairman
of ASTM Subcommittee A01.17 on Wrought Stainless Steel Products since 1995.
He is the initial, primary author of four ASTM specifications. He received
the ASTM Award of Merit and was named a Fellow of ASTM in 1998. He has also
been involved in the development of ISO standards for stainless steel. Since
1999, he has chaired the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)
Technical Exchange 116X (formerly T-5A-28), Applications of Austenitic Stainless
Steels.
He has authored or co-authored 49 technical publications, and holds one patent

Catherine
Houska
Senior Market Development Manager
Catherine joined the company in 1990 and has over twenty years of experience
with stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and copper-based alloys. She is
an internationally recognized architectural metals expert and provides both
marketing and technical assistance to the ABC industry. She also speaks regularly
at industry conferences and meetings (SMACNA, NAAMM, AIA, CSI, ACSA, and others).
She has helped clients develop and implement successful marketing strategies
for the ABC industry that have achieved sustained market growth. Services
include market research, analysis, development and strategy work as well as
preparation of articles and literature.
Catherine provides general and project-specific technical assistance including
on-site inspections, problem resolution, restoration or renovation of existing
structures, grade and finish selection, and project specification review.
Catherine regularly provides technical assistance on architectural projects
throughout the world.
As architectural consultant to the Nickel Development Institute (NiDI), International
Molybdenum Association (IMOA), and Specialty Steel Industry of North America
(SSINA), she coordinates their North American market development activities,
develops literature, provides technical assistance, and has given workshops
to thousands of industry decision makers in North America, Asia, Europe, and
South America including AIA-approved continuing education workshops.
She has authored or co-authored 35 technical publications and is a member
of ASM International and the Construction Specifications Institute.

Jim
Fritz
Senior Market Development Manager
Jim joined TMR Stainless in 2001 and has more than 25 years of stainless steel,
nickel-base alloy, corrosion control, fabrication, and application experience.
He provides ABC industry clients with general and project-specific technical
assistance including on-site inspections, problem resolution, restoration
or renovation of existing structures, and metal selection assistance.
He is a highly regarded stainless steel corrosion expert with both research
and practical experience. Before joining TMR Stainless, Jim managed a corrosion
research group at Allegheny Ludlum and worked at the Experimental Station
of DuPont where he was involved with a variety of materials and corrosion
problems.
He has been active member of NACE International and ASM International for
over 20 years and has authored or co-authored over 20 technical papers.

Carinci
Senior Market Development Manager
Gary joined TMR in 2002 and has over 13 year's experience in research, production
and application of stainless steels, nickel-base alloys, titanium, and aluminum.
He provides ABC industry clients with general and project-specific technical
assistance including on-site inspections, problem resolution, restoration
or renovation of existing structures, and metal selection assistance.
Before joining TMR Stainless, Gary was Director, Technical Services at Allegheny
Rodney where he had management responsibility for stainless steel, nickel-base
alloys and titanium strip products. He also assisted customers in developing
raw material specifications and metal fabrication procedures (stretch forming,
deep drawing, stamping, roll forming, and welding) for their products. Gary's
experience relative to specifications and fabrication procedures is invaluable
to clients from the initial project development stages through the final fabrication
and assembly steps.
He has authored or co-authored 4 technical papers and holds one patent. He
is a member of ASM International and NACE International.

Jim
co-founded the company in 1987 and has over 30 years of stainless steel research
and market development experience. He provides stainless steel technical assistance,
corrosion control and fabrication solutions to the ABC industry.
As a stainless steel expert, Jim has given Nickel Development Institute (NiDI)
and Specialty Steel Industry of North America (SSINA) sponsored AIA-approved
continuing education classes to thousands of architects throughout North America
and has been a regular speaker at the American Collegiate Schools of ArchitectureÕs
(ACSA) annual technology conference.
He has authored or co-authored 49 technical publications and holds two patents.
Jim is the initial, primary author of ASTM specification A 995 and co-author
of A 890. He is a member of NACE International, ASTM, ASME, and ASM International.
